Great Product, but Amazon Shipped the Wrong Size Four Times
I ended up giving this a one-star rating, but itâs not because the WiZ HDMI Sync Box and backlight perform poorly. The product itself is fantastic once you actually get the correct size. My issue was with the repeated shipping mistakes. Amazon sent me the wrong size four separate times for my TV, which turned the whole process into a headache. Each time I tried to reorder, the same incorrect version showed up again. After the fourth attempt, I finally gave up.I ended up buying the correct size from Walmart instead, and that experience was completely different. The one from Walmart arrived exactly as advertised, and once I had the right size installed, the sync box worked perfectly. The lighting effects are smooth, the colors match the screen beautifully, and the whole setup reacts instantly to movies, games, and music. The 4K 60Hz support works as expected, and the immersion is a huge upgrade over standard LED strips.So the product itself deserves five stars. The performance is excellent, the backlight looks incredible behind a large TV, and the RGBIC strip adds a lot of depth to whatever youâre watching. But the ordering experience through Amazon was so consistently wrong that I had no choice but to rate the purchase one star. If you can get the correct size, the device is fantasticâyou just might want to order it somewhere more reliable.

Works for me. A little bit tricky on a 55 inch tv to hide the extra wire but after a little thought I managed to avoid them sticking out above the tv. Donât work with it built in tv apps so you need a hdmi streaming device

Great lights but they need 4k support
I really like these light and the box. They were easy to install, they connect to my pc with no problem, and they look hella cool. The colors are great, and the lights fit my TV well. My only complaint is that they don’t support 4k. They still kinda sorta work at 4k, but it’s spotty at best.

Cinematic sucks.
The sync box does not work with my external device (an Xbox). This is my third time attempting to purchase this product. The first time, I ordered the wrong size. The second time, I received the wrong item – it was another WIZ product. The third and finally time, the product is ineffective. The sync box does not work with my external device – after trying to switch and restart and everything you could possibly think of it still does not work. Overall very dissatisfied. I bought for the cinematic effect which is the one thing that does not work.

I would like to give this more stars, because it works very well. Colors are great, and it responds well with the tv⦠however, they sent me lights for 55â-65â tv 3 times! I have an 85â, and ordered the 85â 3 times. After the 3rd time, they refunded me and told me to keep the lights. So, customer service is what saved this rating.

Say’s 55-65 inch but one thing they forgot to say is this doesn’t have bottom firing or lighting led for the bottom part of the tv, its just basically for the top and sides. Also will need app setup to get it working. It wont work out of the box and sync up with the screen without app setup. Overall Id say its ok, but would have been better if it came with bottom firing leds.

es buen producto peeeero lo tienes que conectar a fuerza a otro dispositivo para que se clonen los colores como a un chromecast un roku un xbox o un switch no funciona nada más conectado a la tv, otro detalle es que como que hace un espejo de los colores por lo que solo si hay mucha luz a los extremos de la tele es cuando los leds van a prender, si quieres algo que siempre este clonando el color este no te va a funcionar tendras que comprar el goove o el philips hue para una experiencia mucho mas colorida y nitida, aveces los colores no son tan fuertes.ahora que solo si lo queires para ambientacion son buenos los consegui hasta en 1500 con envio gratis
