Amazing quality for the price
I wanted to try ear buds since my wife had bought her 2nd pair of Apple Earbuds but I didnât want to jump on spending hundreds of dollars on something I wouldnât use. These did it for me. I bought these and the Moondrop Space Travel 2s. These are marginally better than those in terms of ear fit, much better sound cancelling, and the fact that I can EQ with the app give these an edge on the sound. The Moondrops are what Moondrop is really good at – real, sound, but the custom EQ on these allow me to make my music sound how I want it to sound.In terms of these, I was wanting something for the gym that wouldnât fall out, would stay charged without an issue, and stay connected without an issue. These win in all of those categories and I use them 5 days a week in the gym but also at home for dishes or other household chores. The noise cancelling is so good you will not be able to hear someone else talking to you – be aware of that, it has started a few fights in my household already.I did have a connectivity issue a few days ago (2 months in) but found out if I restarted my phone the issue went away and has not returned. Iâm chalking it up to an issue with my phone.I had another issue where they became quieter than before, found out I just had to clean the speaker grill by slightly dipping it in hydrogen peroxide, about 1mm submerged, and wiping away the buildup on the them and theyâre as good as new!If there is a problem with these, I would gladly buy another pair in a heart beat. For anyone looking for a cheaper but quality earbud I would definitely recommend these, and will probably be purchasing them as gifts this holiday season.

Good sound with noise canceling, responsive customer support
Firstly, I started using Tozo brand a few years back. I wanted blue tooth earbuds for long run days and also for work days. During pandemic telework I got used to focusing with music in my ears. I’m also not big on spending hundreds of dollars for these. I found that Tozo brand provides good quality sound for very reasonable cost. NC9 is my fourth pair. Two of the previous pair lasted 1.5-2 years each, and I left the charge box of the fourth in a taxi overseas, and lost it while still in its prime. One of the previous pairs started getting low battery life afer two years heavy use. And the other started having a malfunctioning touch pad after 18months of heavy use.I was looking forward to upgrading to the NC9 as I’ve not had an active noise canceling bud before. They provide plenty of different tips, and I tried a couple before settling on a good fit. I use one bud on long runs, and it stays put without problems. The noise canceling works quite well, which is good for telework, and much to my partner’s chagrin (when she tries to get my attention). there is a noticeable difference in turning the noise cancelling on and off, and it is much better turned on. Battery life is fantastic, I have used for a long morning run, and kept them playing through the rest of the weekend day doing house work. The charge case is compact which has worked well for travel.I had no cause for contacting Tozo customer support, but these had an issue. After about 6 weeks of significant use, the right bud started to malfunction. It would start dropping its volume randomly, without touching the controls. The phone volume control indicated it was at an audible level and playing, and the left bud was working fine. Placing it in the charge case would reset it, but in time the malfunction would occur again. After looking into the App, which has some controls for the touch pads and audio settings, I could not find a trouble shoot for this issue, and emailed cusomer support. The support responded promptly, with additional trouble shooting, and confirming firmware updates and phone versions. After three rounds of emails, we did not resolve the issue, Tozo Customer support shipped a replacement NC9 unit from Amazon. So, my recommendation to anyone who experiences issues, use the customer support. Every reply was thoughtful and prompt. While the short term malfunction in the unit was certainly disappointing, I’m pleased that the support was responsive. I will post an update if the longevity of the replacement set is also poor.I also highly recommend the Tozo App. It allows you to configure the touch controls to your preference, and provides equalizer settings. I was also able to extend the life of my older Tozo ear buds, by turning off all touch settings. While no touch controls are not optimal, they are still useful for extreme conditions, like gardening or the sauna, where I wouldn’t want to risk the newer ear buds.

Great for the time they lived.
I accidentally ran my TOZO NC9 earbuds through a full cycle in an industrial washer *and* dryer. I assumed they were toast. But to my absolute shock, they still work perfectly â no audio issues, no charging problems, nothing. I checked them out thoroughly, and everythingâs solid.The LED display showed â188â afterward, which I suspect was a heat-related glitch, but it cleared up. Honestly, Iâve never seen durability like this in a pair of wireless earbuds. Sound quality is still great, ANC works, and the case charges fine.If youâre looking for budget earbuds that can survive the apocalypse (or at least a laundromat mishap), these are it.**Update** battery on the charging case was destroyed and discharges quickly after a few days. Still good headphones but I’ve moved on to the P40i and am much happier all around with those. Still recommend these

Diese Earbuds TOZO NC9 habe ich zum Testen erhalten,meine Bewertung bleibt absolut neutral und ehrlich da sie allen weiteren Kunden bei ihrer Kaufentscheidung behilflich sein soll ohne etwas beschönigen zu wollen!Ich verwende bereits das Modell TOZO T6 mit dem ich bislang noch keine Probleme hatte, es sind Earbuds die einfach voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprechen, lange Laufzeiten (AKKU) und die perfekte Klangqualität bei Musik und gelegentlichen Telefonaten. Ich bin in der IT tätig und verwende täglich rund 8 Stunden Headsets der Marke Jabra (kabelgebunden als auch über Bluetooth) die sich in einer ganz anderen Preisklasse befinden als die hier nun zur Bewertung vorliegenden Earbuds!Die TOZO NC9 entsprechen voll und ganz den Angaben, sie sind meiner Meinung nach sogar noch einen Tacken besser was den Klang anbelangt, aber hier ist es ja bekanntlich eine reine Geschmackssache da jeder ein eigenes Hörempfinden hat. Der eine mag mehr Höhen und der andere steht mehr auf Bass, hier finde ich die Abstimmung sehr gut, alles gelangt sehr klar und ausgewogen an meine Ohren und die Passform ist aus meiner Sicht vielleicht sogar noch etwas besser als beim anderen Model (T6)! Sie schmiegen sich definitiv an der Ohrmuschel an und vergeben einen absolut sicheren Sitz wenn man beim Sport schnelle Bewegungen mit dem Kopf macht, zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Gefühl dass sie herausfallen würden!Positiv:Absolut genial verarbeitetSuper einfach zu koppelnDer Sound ist perfekt mit reichlich BassSehr guter Sitz im Ohr dank 6 verschiedener Gummiaufsätze für unterschiedliche OhrgröÃenLadebuchse mit USB-C Schnittstelle (mehrere Kabel entfallen somit)Negativ:Ich kann nichts feststellen, im Homeoffice setze ich sie sogar gelegentlich als Ersatz für meine Jabra Headsets ein um nicht ständig mit den Kopfhörern arbeiten zu müssen! Niemand bemerkt dass ich diese kleinen und sehr komfortablen Dinger im Ohr habe! Die Bluetooth-Reichweite reicht auf jeden Fall mindestens 10 m ohne Hindernisse, der Datenaustausch zwischen Smartphone / Notebook und den Earbuds ist dabei absolut störungsfrei!Fazit:Die Marke TOZO baut sehr gute Earbuds, hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut!!!Warum sollte man sich für weitaus teurere Geräte entscheiden wenn es besser und zugleich günstiger geht?Jeder trifft seine Entscheidung selbst und am Ende sogar an welcher Stelle er sein Geld zum Fenster hinauswirft nur damit er vielleicht einen Produktnamen wählt dessen Bekanntheitsgrad aktuell noch ein wenig gröÃer ist als der hier aufgeführte!An dieser Stelle bleibt nur eins zu sagen:Qualität hat bekanntlich seinen Preis, genau darauf setzen namhafte Hersteller auch, im Glauben ihr Produkt sei unschlagbar! Direkt getestet, direkt begeistert!Das ist mein 2. Paar In Ear Kopfhörer von TOZO. Ich habe welche mit ANC gesucht und hiermit die richtigen für mich gefunden.Ich hatte vorher eine andere Marke getestet, aber die verursachten Schmerzen in den Ohren und ich finde es nervig wenn ein âStielâ an den In Ears ist. Das ist hiermit auch gelöst. Diese hier schmerzen auch absolut gar nicht! Toll! Sie sitzen super.ð und es sind genug Aufsätze dabei um den Sitz individuell anzupassen!Das ANC ist top! Endlich Ruhe im GroÃraum Büro. Gerade als neurodivergente Person sind diese Kopfhörer Gold wert.Sound ist, wie von meinen alten TOZO Kopfhörern bereits bekannt, auch wieder 1A!Auch die App finde ich super!Auch das Case ist ein Upgrade für mich, mit der Ladeanzeige vorne, Mega!!Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Die Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar!ð¥°

Utilisé depuis peu longtemps donc aucun avis sur la durée, mais pour le prix la qualité est bonne. Les basses pourraient être plus profondes donc déséquilibre entre basses et aiguës, l’autonomie est bonne mais surtout la suppression de bruits active est vraiment très efficace. En résumé, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Avec un réglage Dolby sur le gsm on peut renforcer un peu les basses.

Reconozco que me han sorprendido considerablemente estos auriculares, tras haber pasado por múltiples distintos, que siempre acaban fallando por una o por otra (veremos si estos aguantan).En cualquier caso, sobretodo considerando el precio que tienen, me están pareciendo fantásticos en calidad.Siempre pensando que son auriculares relativamente baratos, la calidad de sonido está claramente un paso por encima que cualquier otra cosa que haya probado. El sonido en música tiene bastante más detalle de lo que me esperaba, y están equilibrados lo suficientemente como para que haya quitado cualquier ecualización desde el teléfono.La baterÃa en uso es muy buena (vienen a cumplir lo prometido, lo cual es un muy buen nivel), con una de las únicas pegas que le podrÃa poner siendo que la caja en sà tiene una baterÃa pequeña (estoy teniendo que cargarla cada varios dÃas). Siendo el único pero que le pongo a los cascos, estamos en un muy alto nivel.La cancelación activa de ruido, sin hacer milagros, es sorprendente. Se come una buena cantidad del ruido, aunque sigan pasando ciertas frecuencias. Pero es lo suficiente para que estando en el gimnasio me tape una gran parte del ruido, incluyendo la mayorÃa de la “música” que ponen por altavoz.Además el modo “transparency” sà que deja oÃr bastante claramente la voz para poder hablar.Muy satisfecho en este sentido.En cuanto a ergonomÃa, encontrando las almohadillas correctas (en mi caso las que vienen puestas) se quedan razonablemente en su sitio. No tengo sensación de peligro de que se caigan. Además no tengo que andar recolocándolos para que suenen como deben, como me ha pasado con otros, que a nada que mueves la mandÃbula se decolocan un pelo y pierdes los bajos, por ejemplo.En general, muy alto nivel considerando el precio. A no ser que empiecen a fallar en poco tiempo, con toda probabilidad repetiré.
