Great First Tripod/Selfie-Stick
Honestly a great investment that Ive already started recommending to people! I canât wait to take photos with it. The clicker is Bluetooth and the stand is very stable but the tilt can be stiff when first using. The adjuster for the phone grasp is a bit tight with my phone case but still a good fit. It works amazingly and tall. Iâm satisfied 10/10

Iâve been using this 62″ Phone Tripod & Selfie Stick for a little while now, and Iâm really impressed with the quality and functionality. My husband and I take yearly trips out of the country and never got the best pictures together unless it was a selfie. We’d occasionally ask strangers to take our photo but then would be embarrassed to ask them to take another if the lighting wasn’t right or one of us blinked. I’ve seen other people’s photos on vacation and wondered how they do it if it’s just the two of them. Well, this is it! First of all, it is super compact and light so we were able to take it with us on the beach and even at nice restaurants and no one knew any better (it looks like a small, compact umbrella wrapped up). It expands to over 5 feet tall so even when we set it up and walked away, it captured out photos perfectly and my husband is 6’4! There’s a remote that is so small it is easily hidden in your palm while you snap away and the phone holder clamped on to my Iphone 16 pro max securely and perfectly! The tripod was sturdy and held up even on the sand (keep in mind there was no wind on those days). Everyone on social media thought we had our own personal photographer with us on vacation because out photos came out to great!Go out and buy this before your next vacation, you won’t regret it!

Tension clamps not strong enough to hold phone in place
The item is heavy and the clamp that holds the phone is not strong enough to prevent the phone from slipping out since itâs a tension clamp and not an adjustable clamp with knobs to turn. It states that itâs compatible with the iPhone max but the phone can barely fit into the clamps and if you move quicker than slowly, your phone will fall out and likely break upon impact. Pictures on their page states itâs 2.2 to 3.7 inches with the clamp but the product clearly shows up to 3.5 so youâll have to take your iPhone 16 pro max out of the case in order for it to fit but still risk it falling to the ground since the tension clamps are not strong enough

Despite being an advanced amateur photographer for 60 years Iâve never used or owned a selfie-stick before. This is nothing like using a conventional tripod!WHAT I LIKED- Inexpensive.- Quite easy to open and set-up.- Attractive, compact, and with moderately good build quality.- The remote allows for camera use atop the stick when it would normally be very awkward to do. It was easy to pair, no problems. And it was easy to useâ¦, press once for ON or OFF (for either photos or videos).- Stick allows for very difficult-to-get angle shots.WHAT I DID NOT LIKE- The phone clamp uses detents of 0-45-90-135-90-45-0 degrees on one axis. One should be able to select any angle.- At full height the shaft is quite flexible, it will sway in the wind. I would not use anything heavier than a cell phone at full extension.- The remote is too easy to fall off the handle. If it is lost youâll lose much of the stickâs function (I have now modified a more secure attachment).- The camera clamp is spring-loaded at both ends making it awkward to install the phone. I think only one end should be spring-loaded.- If you use the phone vertically (and generally YOU SHOULD NOT) then you have some restricted shooting angles. Horizontally is OK.- The remote uses an uncommon battery (why not a common one?).Other Notes- With the stick fully-extended and placed horizontally, the combined weight of the stick and the phone produces a more than moderate amount of force on the handle that you must hold. The stick then has a moderate amount of bend to it.- Viewing the phoneâs screen on a fully extended stick and depending on the angle, can be difficult to see.- Using a selfie-stick requires some practice, and getting used to itâ¦, using it is simply not as easy as it appears (at least not for me).- Stick height is 152 cmâ¦, not the advertised 157 cm (the 192 g weight is correct).- My phone case places its raised power button near where it would mount into the stick causing me to install the phone off-center giving it some imbalance. But this is because of my case, other caseâs or phone’s may be different.Overall, it does take some practice to get used to using a selfie stick. I look forward to some of the special shooting angles that I have in mind.
