temperature doesn’t go up??!
avid heating pad user here for many decades. recently incurred a frozen shoulder triggering injury and found myself needing something to strap on my arm and shoulder and this seemed like it fit the bill. was initially in the first few days quite happy with this heating pad while only using it on the low setting.today I decided the pain I was using it to treat needed a little more heat, however after the initial burst of additional warmth typical of turning on or increasing the temperature on any heating pad, this one quite perplexingly settles into a cooler temperature at medium than it uses for the low setting.very odd, I thought, let’s try it on high. exact same result; at this setting barely any heat being produced. it’s almost like this thing was reverse wired so the low is high and the high is low. after several minutes of only vague warmth it heated back up somewhat but definitely not to a degree that I would say comes close to being “high,” and after a few more minutes it cycled right back down to only vaguely warm.at this juncture I am leaning heavily toward returning it as it does not function as it should.

Great for pain relief
I love this! It literally does exactly what itâs suppose to do, I have a plug in our car so I use it in the car , on the couch in my bed. Itâs has a low level, medium and hot and each level does what it needs to do. The fabric, the straps, everything works perfectly for me. I have a Worn disc and it relieves so much pain for me. One of my best purchases !
