Advanced, Comfortable Monitoring with Zero Hassle
This ring is discreet, comfortable, and packed with technology. The 4.0 sensors do an amazing job, I love that it automatically measures my heart rate and blood pressure every 30 minutes throughout the day. But the biggest win for me is the 80-meter waterproofing. I can wear this through my intense lap swimming sessions, diving practice, and daily showers without a second thought. Between the 7-10 day battery life and the fact that there is NO APP SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED, it requires virtually no management. The comfort and accurate tracking make this a solid five-star product!

Accurate ring but cheap quality
I wanted to give it 5 stars but I have two issues with this ring. One, the charging case is super cheap and the port was crooked so I had to force it in the right position to get the chord to go in. Secondly, the ring had broken my skin out in a bad rash from the cheap medal on the inner side of the ring. Other than that I think it seems really accurate and efficient. If I could choose again I would buy something else but didnât know there would be cheap medals on the inside of the band 🙁

Avoid this like the plague
So far I’m quite mixed on this after a week. I’m pleased with the sleep but very displeased with the step tracking. It started randomly dropping all my steps and going to zero for no reason. I can see in the middle of a day if it keeps this up I’m going to return it.Now it’s stipped tracking my sleep and it’s going back!

Disappointed with step tracking
The ring is decent. Itâs comfortable to wear and no issues wearing while showering.The ring DOES NOT track steps accurately! Which is extremely disappointing. There is always 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile difference. I use smart watch for tracking steps and another app. One day there was over a mile difference and yes the ring the was charged.I am uncertain if the ring is worth the money for only tracking sleep, blood pressure and heart rate.
