Best bang for your buck.
Had a couple of Amovan rings over the last few years. Always found the rings to be good and their customer service is brilliant. I like this one a little better as it has the display, I find the time helpful and it’s a little lighter than the last ring. The new app takes a bit of getting used too but all good.

Ok, let’s start with the positives, the ring is good looking, comfortable to wear and kind of easy to set up but more on that later. I wanted a ring that could double as a watch so I picked one with a visible clock which worked as expected. The app looked good too, not particularly great navigation but a good amount of information provided.The reason I returned the ring was because I had it for about a week and the first time the battery ran down I got a notification and charged it. Second time, it just died about 24 hours later and then 36 hours after that it died again. The instructions are terrible! It tells you how to switch it on and get it going but no clue on what the lights mean, nowhere to find out the battery life. Also where the display changer is means my finger was constantly hitting it. I still have no clue what each of the displays meant or if you can adjust it.I sent it back and got a more expensive one.
my honest opinion –
Brilliant Design, screen onboard is a game changer.
This ring is phenomenal. The app keeps track of your Activity Level, Sleep Quality, Heart Rate, HRV, Blood Oxygen, Stress Level, and has a whole lot of modes for Sports in the app and even Prayer. It is built solid, the battery lasts a week, and eliminates the need for even carrying a watch altogether. The ring itself tells your your steps counted for the day, heart rate, time, and battery percentage without the need for opening up your phone; this makes things a lot less of a hassle compared to other models. I have compared the ring side by side with medical equipment and can verify that it is accurate by all measures. Worth every penny!

not easy to get a good fit. depending on which finger it’s on, it may be too loose, too tight. So, obviously, the measurements it produces were unreliable. Software leaves a lot to be desired.
