Measure your fingers accurately, pick the right size, and you will feel comfortable wearing it. If you can’t decide between size n and size n+1, I recommend the smaller one. Since for most people, the measurements tend to be slightly larger than their fingers’ actual size.Very easy to connect the ring to your phone, and the APP is pretty straight forward to use, to monitor sleep, heart rate, and blood pressure. etc. Personally, when doing exercise, I prefer to wear a smart ring rather than a watch.
