LOVE These Rings!
I absolutely LOVE these smart rings, by SEVENMORE. This is the second one Iâve gotten. My son has one, as well. They work very well. The app is simply to use, easy to sync, a bit of a learning curve, but easy to get the hang of it. It appears to be tracking everything accurately. I love being able to track my steps, sleep pattern, heart, you can even use this ring to turn pages in the e-book apps. Very cool. Itâs waterproof, so no worries when showering or washing your hands.I love that the case for this one is clear because you can see the green light that indicates the ring is fully charged. Neat little minor detail. This ring stays charged for me, for 4 solid days. Iâm sure, over time, that will lessen, but itâs been awesome. Itâs a great price and does exactly what itâs intended to do. This would make a great gift!

Health Smart Ring Fitness Tracker
I collect actual watches, so I won’t use a smart watch. This ring performs all the health functions a smart watch could offer.I track my BP, O2, BPM, and sleep. Based on the ring measurements compared with measurements obtained from each individual device, the ring is fairly accurate. It may not be exact, but the results are not so far off as to cause unnecessary concern. The ring seems to be a Samsung ring clone. I checked out the Samsung ring and the ring and case are very similar. I like the case for this ring. When the ring is charging, the lights on the case flash letting you know it’s charging. Once the lights go out you know the ring is charged. Once charged, it lasts around 4 to 5 days before needing another charge. Finally, you have to use an app to track your readings. It runs in the background, but it crashes daily if not multiple times daily. It doesn’t affect my phone, it just gives a notification that the app has crashed. Hopefully it gets fixed bc without the app, you’ve got a plain silver ring that’s not even heavy enough to make a good paperweight.

Great heath tracking!
This ring provides a great option to keep track of health marks without needing a bulky watch.Pros:- It looks just like a regular ring, and one cannot see the extra circuit at all once it is on.- It feels very comfortable and looks very modern.- This combined with the accompanying app does a good job of tracking my health marks.- Setup was easy and quite intuitive. So it was the use of the app.Cons:- I found it a little big and wish I had gone one size down

Disappointment. Don’t waste your money
I was excited to get this to track my heart rate, blood oxygen and steps. It arrived quickly and comes in a nice box. I scanned the QR code to find the app. The reviews were horrible for the app, but nevertheless I continued. I followed all of the instructions and never could get it to pair with the app. I charged it overnight to try again (maybe it was just dead) but still, did not work. Went in the trash!

Very basic, accurate info – happy so far
This is a nice intro to health rings if you’ve never used one before. I’m wearing it on my ring finger and it’s fairly accurate (compared to my Garmin watch). It did take the BP several attempts to take a more accurate reading. The first few readings were way too low. The reason I wanted to try this is because wearing my Garmin watch sometimes bothers me due to wrist sensitivity, and a ring is less obtrusive to me. I’ll continue to wear both for a few more days to compare results, but so far everything has been fairly accurate compared to my Fenix 6 watch. The Fenix watch does not do BP without an external device, so this ring is unique in that regard. You can use this ring without creating an account (as a “guest”) and without connecting it to other apps on your phone (you do need Bluetooth, obviously) if you’re concerned about security. I’ll not likely use it as an activity tracker (I use other apps for this), but it’s nice to have the overall steps counter. Sleep tracker seems fairly accurate based on my Garmin as well. You do need to open the app to obtain readings, and it’s a very basic app. The Garmin is more detailed as far as keeping long-term records, but if you’re just looking for readings when you need them, this ring and accompanying app are fine.Charging case that looks like an actual ring box (except clear plastic) is a nice addition. Comes with two cables–one for the ring directly and one for the charging case. Mine came about 75% charged.

A tiny powerhouse on your finger!
This SM Sevenmore Health Smart Ring genuinely impressed me with how much tech it packs into such a sleek, silver design. It looks like a stylish band but doubles as a mini health lab.Setup was a breezeâpaired instantly with my I-phone, and no subscription fees (hallelujah!). It tracks steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and even sleep quality with surprising accuracy for something that weighs almost nothing. The GPS route tracking is a nice touch for jogs and hikes, and the data syncs smoothly to the companion app for easy viewing.Battery life has been excellentâabout 5â6 days per charge, and it recharges quickly. Comfort-wise, itâs light enough to wear 24/7, even while sleeping. The only small downside: readings can be slightly off if the ring isnât snug or if your hands get sweaty during workouts.Overall, itâs like having a smartwatch in ring formâcompact, stylish, and practical. Great for anyone who wants health tracking without the bulk of a wristband.
