    Would recommend
I love my ring! I got it mainly to double check my pulse. It does a great job and it usually right on the money with my Apple Watch. I don’t know how accurate the blood pressure measurement is but I feel like it is good. It does its job and is really pretty!

  2. Amanda Compton

    Works ok. Loses decorative pieces.
Very cute ring. Works fairly well. Battery lasts a couple of days. Connects to my app without a problem. Size is spot on. Measures heart rate accurately, but blood pressure and O2 measurements seem off (too low). My only real complaint is that even though I take it off for showers, baths, doing dishes, etc. it is losing the white enamel pieces. I have only had it a couple of weeks. I’ll probably replace it with something else.

  3. Amazon Customer

    App stopped connecting to ring.
Just received this ring about 2 weeks ago. It is very pretty and fit was great, however the app just stopped connecting to the ring all all of a sudden. I gave 5 stars because the ring is very pretty, but as far as the app goes…booo. I mean stopped connecting after just only having this ring 2 weeks hmm.

    Sleep tracker not working
I was so excited for this ring but unfortunately the main reason I got it (sleep tracker) does not work. I wear it to sleep every night and it has only correctly tracked my sleep a few times. It tracked my sleep once when I wasn’t even wearing it but then didn’t when I was. Very disappointed 😔

    Smart Purchase
Yes, I will buy this again! It records my Blood Pressure oxygenSaturation, Pulse, my steps and sleep pattern. IT’S Convenient. I got a size 7 I used to be a size 5 ring finger. The fit is comfortable. Not too loose . Itnot loose enough to slip off.

Promising Health Ring Undermined by Faulty Sleep Tracking App
I purchased this ring in June 2025 as a more comfortable alternative to a smartwatch for tracking sleep. Wearing a smartwatch at night caused irritation and sweating from the rubber strap, so the idea of a lightweight, discreet ring that monitors sleep, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, and steps seemed ideal.Initial PerformanceFrom the start, the sleep tracking was inaccurate. The app failed to include naps or combine them into the total daily sleep time. For example, if I went to bed at 10 PM and woke at 6 AM, it often recorded only about six hours instead of the full eight. The app also displayed an “awake” column, but I never recall it showing when I was actually awake during the night — for instance, during brief awakenings or when I got up and returned to bed an hour later.Despite these early issues, I continued to use the ring, hoping future updates would improve accuracy.Current IssuesAfter a few months, the sleep tracking stopped working entirely. The app no longer records any sleep data, and when I checked my history, I discovered that all prior sleep records had disappeared. Losing this information removes any ability to track long-term patterns, which was the main reason for purchasing the ring in the first place. For someone who struggles with sleep — often getting only two to three hours a night and occasionally five or six — losing that data is frustrating and disappointing.Health Tracking AccuracyOn a positive note, the ring still measures heart rate, oxygen level, step count, and blood pressure. I compared the blood pressure readings with those taken at my doctor’s office and found them to be reasonably close, which provides some reassurance. However, I recommend continuing to use a standard blood pressure monitor until at least three to four months of consistent readings confirm accuracy and stability without drastic fluctuations.App Update and OutcomeA recent app update did not resolve the issue. The sleep tracking still fails to record, and none of the missing historical data has been restored.Recommendations for the CompanyThis device has excellent potential, but the app needs major improvement:• Fix the sleep tracking function so it accurately records total sleep, naps, and nighttime awakenings.• Prevent data loss by ensuring historical records remain accessible.• Provide clear troubleshooting and customer support for users experiencing sync or data issues.• Continue refining blood pressure calibration for long-term reliability.Final ThoughtsThe ring is comfortable, well-designed, and performs adequately in basic health tracking. However, without dependable sleep tracking and reliable data storage, it fails to deliver on its main purpose. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this ring to anyone seeking accurate and consistent sleep monitoring.

    Good Value & Results
I just got to say this ring is better than I could even imagine and I was skeptical considering the price. I have a smart watch but I hate wearing jewelry to bed, but I needed to keep record of my sleep patterns. This is such a good investment if you need to tract your sleep patterns or B/P, HR or whatever during your sleeping, plus it’s a comfortable ring to wear and it’s an eye catcher to say the least! I am Happy I took a chance on this and will be buying another one!

    Not accurate readings
Sleep appears accurate as does the heart rate. However the BP is way off. I would out much merit into it.
