A tiny circle of tech that seems to know more about me than my doctor
This is my first smart ring, so when I bought it my expectations were not too high. However, after 2 weeks of use and several different tests I can say that it exceeded all my expectations.I purchased this ring to replace my smart watch on some days when I want to go fancy and wear a classic watch, but I think it will eventually replace it altogether.- First, it looks great on my finger. It feels comfortable on my ring finger, and slightly tight on my middle finger. I’ll get to that shortly…- Battery life is great, I charged it once a week.- The app is easy to navigate, the font is kind of small for some menus, especially for the sleep charts, but I got used to it.- The charging time is reasonable. It takes a couple of hours to charge it full. One day when the battery was nearly gone I put the ring in the charger while I took a shower, and it charged enough to get me through the entire day. Now, the functionality…To asses the accuracy of the data, I compared it with the data from my smart watch, that I continued to wear for several days. The step count of the ring was about 10% different from the watch’s step count. I wasn’t sure which one is right, so I decided to take a walk and count the steps, then see which count is more accurate. I verified the count at 100 steps, 200 steps and 500 steps. Both results were off by as much as 10% but the ring was always closer to the real number of steps. For instance, the ring showed 102 steps, the watch 107. The ring showed 209 steps, the watch 210. Ring 514, watch 520.They were both off by a larger margin in certain situations, such as walking in a supermarket while holding the cart handle. The accelerometers of both devices would not detect any movement of the hand, so it would not register any steps. The ring app has some games that are played by shaking the ring, and the accelerometers pick up the movements accurately, which gives me even more confidence that the ring is working well.I tried the same walking test with the ring on the middle finger. As I mentioned earlier, it felt a little tighter, and I thought this would increase the accuracy, but it didn’t. In fact, the steps count was less accurate.- Sleep… The ring wins again. It shows the actual time I was asleep, while the watch recorded the total time I was laying in bed, including the time I spent reading, or other time I was in bed but awake. I don’t have a way to verify the accuracy of the sleep parameters (REM, light and deep sleep times), but I am inclined to trust the ring more.- Heart rate… I checked my blood pressure (and heart rate) with a blood pressure monitor, and the heart rate matches the rate measured by the ring.- Blood oxygen… Probably accurate. My measured range is 97-99%, which is normal. In conclusion, great ring, unbeatable value.

    Smart Health Ring
Prior to making the purchase, I was interested in the sleep tracking function, which is one of the primary benefits. In the past, I have used exercise bands, but wearing them while I slept at night always seemed unpleasant to me. Because I can hardly feel this ring on my finger, I find it much less difficult to sleep with it on. I am able to examine the data on my phone and look for patterns of light sleep, deep sleep, and total hours spent sleeping after I have had a full night’s rest. It has been steady and detailed enough over the last two weeks that I am now able to begin seeing patterns in my slumber. Because I wanted to have a more lucid understanding of how my sleeping patterns had an impact on my energy levels during the day, that reason alone made it worthwhile to use. Throughout the day, the ring keeps track of my steps and calories, which allows me to quickly see how much exercise I have gotten. I spend a lot of time walking about at work, and it has been fascinating to see how those steps have accumulated over time. For days when I am not as physically active, I am more likely to find myself feeling inspired to go for a little walk in the evening, just to maintain a sense of equilibrium. In addition, the calorie monitoring is a wonderful tool since it doesn’t need any more input while still providing me with a broad understanding of how many calories I am burning as I walk about. It is like having a reminder that softly urges you to develop healthy behaviors without being overbearing.

    I don’t think I recommend it
I feel like for the price I paid the ring should have lasted longer. Ordered it on July 21, 2025 and i noticed it stopped working on October 14, 2025. It no longer counts steps or anything but it does still charge. All my settings are correct on my phone for it to be working (I have had a different brand of one before so I know.) The ring is convenient and I love using it but it should not break this easily

Lightweight smart ring with solid battery life
I tried out this smart ring and the first thing I’d say is definitely check the size chart before ordering because the fit matters a lot, once I had the right size it felt surprisingly light and comfortable, I barely noticed it on my finger even when wearing it overnight, pairing it with the app was straightforward and the data synced quickly without issues, the touch controls are simple and it automatically logs things once it’s on so you don’t need to fiddle with it much, charging is done on a little wireless base which I found easy to use and it goes from empty to full in about an hour and a half, battery life has been pretty solid—I’ve been getting almost a week per charge with normal use, the ring itself feels sturdy and I had no problem wearing it while washing hands or in the shower, one small drawback is that the app menus take a little getting used to since there are a lot of tracking options, but once you get the hang of it it’s actually convenient, overall it’s been easy to wear, long-lasting between charges, and a neat alternative to bulky wrist trackers.

    So Far So Good
This is my second smart ring. The first one (a different seller) didn’t last 3 weeks. It is not really rose gold – it is a satiny, brassy gold tone but still nice. The app seems better than the first ring I tried. It does get VERY HOT while charging. Also I can’t find any explanation on why the red or green indicators flash for no reason I can see. I thought it may be a low battery warning but the app said the battery was at 70% so that doesn’t match. At this point, I can recommend but that could change if this ring does like the first one. This is at a good price point for trying the technology.
