Customers say

Customers find the smart ring to be better than other brands and appreciate its sleep monitoring capabilities, particularly for sleep apnea tracking. Moreover, the device effectively tracks activities and steps, and customers consider it well worth the price. However, the battery life and functionality receive mixed reviews, with some praising the quick charging time while others report charging issues, and some units stop working after three months. Additionally, accuracy and sizing are also mixed aspects, with some finding it true to size while others note it runs big.

Accurate Health Tracking Without the Bulk — Perfect for Busy Moms
After a couple of weeks with the RingConn Gen 2, I’m really impressed with the data it provides. The ring fits comfortably, feels slimmer than other smart ring options I researched, and gives me the health insights I want without the bulk of a watch.Pros:• ✅ Comfortable, slim design: Much less intrusive than a smartwatch — especially helpful for bedtime routines, bathing kids, or when you don’t want something on your wrist.• ✅ Useful health data: Tracks sleep, stress, heart rate, and more with surprising accuracy.• ✅ No subscription required: One of the biggest selling points compared to competitors.• ✅ Long battery life: Easily lasts well over a week between charges.• ✅ Sizing kit optional: I bought it, but honestly, a standard ring sizer worked just as well.Cons:• ❌ Sizing kit feels like an unnecessary extra purchase for many people.• ❌ Learning curve with the data layout if you’re new to smart rings.Overall:This ring struck the perfect balance for me — slim, comfortable, and packed with meaningful health insights without needing a watch on my wrist 24/7. As a mom, I appreciate that it doesn’t get in the way of daily tasks, and I love that all the features are available without a subscription. Highly recommend if you want health tracking in the least disruptive way possible.

Exactly what I wanted, has exceeded my expectations
I’ve had a RingConn Gen 2 for almost a year now, and it is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker. My old Fitbit died, and I needed something to replace it, but all of the new models are too large for my tastes. I really don’t love wearing something on my wrist, so I was fascinated by the fitness rings, but I didn’t want to pay a monthly subscription fee on top of the pricey tech itself just to use it. That’s how I found RingConn; buy the ring, and that one time cost is all you pay, no subscription needed. I am not an elite athlete by any means. If you need extremely precise constant feedback to monitor everything with peak accuracy, then this is probably not for you. If you want something to give you a very good readout of your various health and fitness metrics (steps, sleep, heart rate, oxygen saturation, other vitals, etc) to show you how you’re doing and to keep you on track, then RingConn should work just fine. It can also monitor for sleep apnea, but I do not use that particular feature, so I can’t speak to it. Previously, the only down side was that it could not auto detect your workouts, but a recent firmware update (September 2025) fixed that and it works well, at least for walking; I can’t speak to any other activities. Definitely use the sizing kit; my RingConn is a full size larger than my typical ring size, but it is very comfortable. Wear the sizer you think you need for a few days to make sure the thickness of the ring won’t bother you. The extra thickness takes a few days to get accustomed to, but now I don’t even notice it. I prefer to wear it on my middle finger rather than my index finger, and it still works great. My skin tends to react badly to cheap metal, and I am unable to wear costume jewelry of any kind without having some sort of skin reaction, but I have had zero issues with the the titanium Gen 2, and I wear it every single day. It is waterproof, so you can wash your hands with it on, though I do personally remove it to shower or wash dishes. The battery also lasts about 10 days for me (I only use “persistent connection” mode when exercising), and the charging case lasts for multiple charges. I think I’ve only charged the case twice in the almost year I have owned the ring. The ring can store about 24 hours worth of data at a time, so you will want to connect to the app at least once a day to ensure that you get of the information. I try to connect at least twice a day: when I wake up and before bed. Each “data download” from the ring typically takes less than 10 seconds, so it’s very quick. The RingConn Gen 2 has far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to buy another one!

Great ring, yes it’s a little pricey, but it works like it is supposed to!
I first tried a cheap smart ring ($60), and while the hardware was somewhat impressive, the app was junk: not specific to the particular ring. This RingConn ring, and app, however, are the real deal! The ring is well made, its inside surface is made so that it tends to stay in place on your finger without rotating around over time. The charge lasts a very long time, and so far after about a month, the ring still works and charges perfectly. The titanium exterior apparently really does resist scratches, because mine still looks new and I wear it 24/7, except for charging. I swim daily, and wear the ring without issues, it really is waterproof. Too bad it does not have a dedicated tracker for swimming (you have to edit that into the app data after the swim session), but I also use it for walking in our neighborhood, and that dedicated function tracks accurately, in tandem with Google Maps, to show the route you walked.Sleep data is fairly accurate, though it finds REM during some of the time I was awake, which is not correct. It also has twice counted time in my recliner watching TV (before going to bed) as if I had gone to bed, but that data can be easily edited the next morning if necessary. Sleep apnea tracking is a nice touch, it says I probably have mild apnea, which is correct (it would be worse if I did not tape my mouth at night!).Vital signs seem to be accurate, it detects periods of exertion when you are working your body hard. The heart rate is correct even when the ring is wet, which was not the case with my previous cheapie. The “stress” measurement must be based on the HRV value, not sure if that is really helpful for me.I purchased a size 13 after trying sizes in the sizing kit–don’t skip that step, because this ring has an unusual inner surface and you need to make sure to get a size that works on your fingers. Turns out that 13 is a handy size for me, because I can wear the ring on a choice of 3 different fingers, meaning I can switch hands when I need to. According to the AI in the app, the ring finger doesn’t make any difference.Just keep in mind that none of these smart rings, including the Oura, are medical devices–that is, they are not directly measuring most of the information that they display. Instead, these readings are calculated using complex algorithms based on data obtained by the sensors in the ring, so they are really estimates and should be viewed over time, to see trends. Some readings are more accurate than others, like heart rate is more directly measured than REM, for instance. There’s certainly room for improvement, but all in all, this is a good product!

First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit.Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don’t feeling wearing it.App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming.Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed.Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it’s job so well.Kudoos to Ringconn Team.
