Sports Mom MUST HAVE
This was referred to me from another sports mom and it has been such a game changer when I’m outside in the cold at my son’s games. It actually heats up really hot. It has 4 settings i usually never have to go past 2 or 3. You have to be careful that it doesn’t get too hot when it’s directly on your neck. It’s super easy to use. It’s weighty and durable. Not flimsy at all. It’s a nice size, not too big too small. The battery last a long time. I can get 2 maybe 3 uses out of it depending on how long I am out side.
Putting together the bed sucks. The instructions are terrible and pretty nonexistent. The metal piece that lifts the bed was not aligned and i couldnât turn it. I would not recommend this bed as far as assembly is concerned –

The concept is nice but it doesnât keep a charge long at all and it takes forever to charge. I donât even get a good hour out of it before i have to charge it again which defeats the purpose. I just sit and freeze my ass off waiting for it to charge for longer than it actually lasts. I would not recommend buying this item. If i still had the box, i would return it.

Does The Trick!
My mom is freezing all the time. These are NOT good directly on her neck, but they’re great with her collar or scarf underneath them. I bought 2 – to be sure one is charged always. Sometimes she’ll hold the ends with her hands to warm them. There is a design flaw tho – when she holds it (no matter which way it’s facing) it’s very easy to press the button that controls the heat and/or turns it off. I’m always here and check it – but I’d suggest putting that button much higher toward the back. I’m sure my mom is not the only person who holds the ends while it’s around her neck to warm her hands.

Neck gets warm but larger side areas donât get very warm
I get cold really easy so I got this for soccer season and being outdoors in the winter. This warmer is great. The high setting gets hot on the neck so be mindful when you turn it up all the way. Only thing I wish was that the side plates got as warm as the neck piece. The warmer holds a long charge. I used it several times for over 30 mins to an hour each time on low setting and didnât have to charge in between uses. Easy use and to charge. The warmer didnât make any noise. Perfect gift for those who spend a lot of time outside in the colder months.

I bought this in May. And it stopped working in November. I barely used it. The heat settings for either not enough heat or too much heat.

Now I don’t have to heat the house as much
Charged this up via the USB cord and now I’m able to sit comfortably at my desk or in front of my tv with the house temp set around 66 degrees. Easy to read charging status that doubles as 4 level heat setting indicator. Comfortable to wear but I would recommend slipping a sock around it so the heat is more evenly distributed. Even the low setting is quite warm and lasts around 4-6 hours. Takes the chill off without having to burn a lot of fossil fuels.

The heater heats up fine. I just wish it would have some kind of fan to be able to blow the heat. The size is decent, it’s not big and bulky. The battery is decent, as long as you do not have it on high. It’ll last for a few hours. The price point is not too bad. And it does keep your neck nice and warm.

Item was great whilst it worked. But I only used it 7-8 times, and then it suddenly stopped working. No power at all despite charge being full.It’s great whilst it works, but for it to break this quick with no option to refund is really disappointing- avoid at all costs
