Affordable but mighty! Great first impressions!
Positive first impressions. I have had a love (tolerate)/hate relationship with my Fitbit Charge 5 since I purchased it. Having finally gotten fed up with its abysmal battery life, randomly shutting down and refusing to power back up, dropped connectivity, etc, I started looking for a replacement that would not break the bank. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a tracker that had a bunch of features I will never use. I mostly just wanted a watch that would allow me to monitor my heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep. Receiving text or call notifications is a bonus for when I’m away from my phone at work. This tracker does all of those things.Display and brightness are easily adjusted, and you can set a time frame for the screen to remain dark while you sleep. This alone makes it worth the investment to me since my high end tracker would still light up brightly even when in “sleep mode.” I was skeptical about the metal mesh wristband since the mesh bands I’ve had in the past tend to pull on my arm hair too much, but this band is pretty comfortable. It took a little bit of work to get it properly adjusted (I have very small wrists) but it does fit without a lot of pinching and pulling. It was comfortable to sleep in.It synced immediately when I downloaded the app, and syncing only takes a few seconds each time…not the 7-10 minutes I had to deal with from the high end POS tracker I had before. I have not tried to many of the features yet, since it just arrived yesterday, but I did discover it has a deep breathing setting you can activate for a short bit of breath work. The sleep tracking seems fairly accurate although it did lump a section of the night that I know I was awake because of hot flashes and a thunderstorm in with the REM sleep I did eventually fall into. For a “basic” tracker, it really packs a punch. The app may not have many bells and whistles, but so far it does all I care for it to do. Bonus points for not constantly trying to pressure me into enrolling into some paid “premium” subscription service. This is a very affordable tracker. Based upon first impressions, I would purchase this brand again.

    Not bad for the price
Like many fitness trackers, the accuracy is somewhat questionable for certain readings, particularly blood pressure (I’m not aware of ANY fitness tracker watches that can accurately measure blood pressure). Other measurements seem to be reasonable most of the time, although it can mistakenly interpret periods of inactivity as sleep.Several reviewers had difficulty with the bracelet. I found it was a little tedious to initially adjust, as you need to open the bracelet, change the length, and then close the clasp to see if it fits comfortably, repeating the process until you are satisfied. Once it is adjusted, it’s very easy to put on and take off via the clasp quick release buttons.Battery life has been good, usually at least 4 days, depending upon how often I use the functions. Watch is stylish and comfortable.

    Very impressive watch and functions
Doesn’t allow daily health monitoring. That stinks. Watch bands are unisex so they are really long on me. Nice looking watch. But function-wise took a bit of getting used to. Highly recommend.

  4. Amazon Customer

    Score!
Very simple and thorough device! Easily set up the app, paired, and viola. Many features and variety of watch faces to choose from. Great buy for the money!

    Fitness tracker
I’m not really a smart watch person. I bought this because I was making health changes in my life and wanted something just for that and well the time. I don’t use the phone features, though it is set up (just in case). It does alot more then I expected but not complicated or all the things a smart watch from samsung or apple watches might have. Which I like. Now I can track my heart rate, and exercising. And I can change the band for comfortable everyday or exercising. But I bought the wrong size elastic bands this was sized for the 18mm watch band. Just to save you the time. As far as I know this watch did not come in any other size.

Not quite what I needed it to do
I purchased this watch to replace my fitbit charge 5 watch and the description listed most or all of the features that were on my fitbit. It did not record sleep length accurately, and actually recorded a few hours of my awake time sitting in a chair at my computer as sleep. The other thing that I did not like is that the description said that it would give me hourly reminders to move, which is an important part of my day. I found the setting on the app to do that but when I switched it on it did not respond. It would also not allow me to adjust the hours that it would send reminders. These issues coupled with the fact that the fitbit was easy to “wake up” by just double tapping on the glass, this watch can be set to wake up upon moving wrist up to look at the watch, at least in theory. It worked sometimes but most of the time I had to press the button on the side of the watch once…or twice. I would have liked for it to operate more smoothly and with fewer glitches. Sorry, will be returning this one
