There are some of dementia patients aroud us. Their families have to spend a lot of time and energy to search them because they sneak out but can’t find their homes.

Good device so far
So far, this seems to be working really well. The adhesive on the door sensor didn’t stick well in a really humid location (garage) so we nailed the adhesive to the door frame and the rest of it seems to be holding up. I like the ability to set different tones for audio alert (chimes to barking dogs) and being able to track it on my phone. No subscription required. We have used it about a month so far.

Best bang for buck!!
Best bang for buck! Works well across long distances and you can choose from a variety of alert noises! Connects to WiFi if you want and it can alert you in the app. Super cool

As caregiver for my elderly mother with dementia these are just what I needed to alert me if she tries to go outside. Very nicely adjustable for volume and choice of alarm sounds, I use a different sound for each.

Easy to install
This works great and was fairly easy to set up. I use it on my front door so if anyone inside opens it between 11pm and 6AM, the alarm sounds by my bed.Great for children and dementia patients.I canât use my traditional alarm anymore because I donât want the police coming out every time an door openes at night.

My Dad has dementia. This works great to let my Mom or anyone else in the house to know if my Dad went out the door.We let him go out but he has to be supervised. He loves to work in his yard even at 91 weeding/watering. Sound is pretty loud.We bought two and placed them both on same door but placed the base units in different rooms.

Alarm only goes off if door opens. Does not let you know when it closes.

Easy to setup and loud
This was easy to set up and use. The app is also easy to install and use, and free! We only have this on a childâs door, plan to put one on a cupboard and a window as well. The sounds/alarms are loud which I appreciate and thereâs a variety of sounds you can choose from. The sticky tape on the back seems to be holding up well.As stated above, weâre using this for a kiddo and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing Iâll be alerted if they come out of their room. (App alerts me, so I know when the room is accessed when Iâm not home.) Will buy addition alarms and Iâd recommend this!
