How to get started？
Record the information on the back panel before installing the battery
Press the power button for 5 seconds and wait for the screen to display the information.
Connect your phone/computer/tablet to WiFi, the password is in the “WiFi Key” line.
In which countries can I use this mobile hotspot?
We currently only support carriers in the United States and Mexico, and will be releasing a global version of the machine in the future!
How do I top up the data plan?
Scanning the Q*R code on the package or under the back panel of the machine will allow you to recharge directly.
What to do if the signal is unstable and the network will be interrupted?
Please follow the user manula to log in to the GUI interface. After successfully logging in to the GUI interface, click on the Mobile field, and then switch from 4G AUTO to 4G ONLY.
What if there’s no internet?
Please check if your hotspot has any remaining data allowance. If you still cannot access the internet despite having remaining data, please contact After-sales Support.

Caveat Emptor!
There is an old adage that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Well, this device is the epitome of that saying. Yes, this device claims to offer 1GB of free data per month, and while that might be true, they have something built into this device that will burn through that 1GB in about a day of just having a device attached and doing nothing. I hooked up an old dumb phone with WiFi, never touched the web browser and it used 279MB of data in about 15 minutes. I have a weather station that is hooked to an iPhone Hotspot 24×7, and it barely uses 500MB per month. So yeah, I would not recommend this device and, in fact, am returning it.
