Excellent phone. Buy it.
Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying… after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it’s a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret.My wife’s phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I’d need to repair the phone which would cost more than it’s worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it’s stressful to suddenly be locked out.

It’s fabulous!
It’s fabulous! I’m still learning how to use it but I love how big the screen is, the great resolution and the longer battery life. If you have small hands like me, be sure to get a phone case that has ribs for extra grip. I went from a Samsung Galaxy S10e to this model, so you can understand the learning curve. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Thank you!

The phone came in excellent condition, just as advertised. Everything is working perfectly. I needed a new phone because my old phoneâs battery would not hold a charge. I was hesitant at first to take a risk on a used phone, but Iâm so glad I did. I couldnât afford to spend so much on a S25, and this one is just as good and only a year old.

Worth the investment, but can’t update software.
The transaction went smoothly with no issues. The phone is awesome! Incredible cameras. As long as there’s even a little light, Nightshot turns night into day. It is such an amazing upgrade from a Note 10+ that, other than size, the S24 Ultra is like a 2025 Goldwing compared to an ’85 Goldwing Aspencade (basically, Porsche to Camry). So far, the other thing I’m not enjoying is that the native keyboard has a few glitches. It feels heavier than the 10+ which, during, long use can tire even strong hands. I’ve been on it a lot since I got it as I use almost all the features of the phone and only turn my computer on once a month. I’ve watched at least 7 episodes of Grey’s Anatomy before it started telling me I needed to plug in. I do use dark mode exclusively. I’m even finding Bixby to be useful. Well worth the money. Looking forward to the next big update which some of these phones got before Samsung paused the rollout.

Most of the reviews are spot on. The phone is really nice. Itâs not the S25, but trust me itâs still a beautiful device and it does exactly what itâs supposed to do. You donât need to be a tech expert to use it and I have enjoyed finding new functions that the phone will do with my other devices. And of course, it’s unlocked, so it was easy for me to just put in my phone service and just go.Nice clean communication on every Messenger andMeetings.That was a huge plusMy only real complaint is the accessories it comes with. Theyâre generic, so I recommend getting an authentic charger and cord. The included cord does not support super-fast charging, so I bought two proper super-charge cables myself. I also pre-ordered a case and screen protector because the phone arrived in immaculate condition and I wanted to keep it that way.If you want a reliable phone thatâs only a year old and still keeps up with the S25, this is a great choice. My only other disappointment is the storage itâs small, and thereâs no option for external SD cards. So if you take a lot of pictures or make content, go for the 1TB model. Otherwise, as long as you transfer your photos and files to a computer, youâll be just fine.
