Amazing headset
This Bobcat Bluetooth headset is a game changer for anyone who needs reliable Bluetooth headphones that have good battery life and loud volume. These two attributes are where the headphones shine. Battery life and volume.Comfortability is what I would gauge as medium comfort. The earbuds fit the ears well and stay inserted without falling out. Wearing for hours does not cause me any discomfort, but wearing with helmets or anything that compresses against the ears might cause a little discomfort, but this is to be expected with any set of earbuds and isn’t a negative hit on these earbuds at all because they are certainly comfortable and do not cause long use fatigue. There’s far more pros than cons with this set. I can only find one con, and that is the fact that these are full on mid-range headphones that do not have exceptional bass or treble. That is to say these are not suitable for high quality audio, but that is not their intended use. These are more of a work headset with a powerful mid-range to ensure ample voice transmission to and from the headset. The microphone in the headset works exceptionally well and has noise cancellation which blocks out loud background noise like machinery. This is in-line with the use case for this type of headset and makes it a solid choice for a workplace headset. The connectivity is worth mentioning as well. This device outperforms every Bluetooth device in my home in terms of range and quality connection. It works through walls and hard objects without any issue at all.The price is fair and competitive in the market of these types of headsets, making this a solid purchase option. For the reasons outlined in this review I give the Bobcat neckband Bluetooth headset my highest of recommendations! Purchase with confidence!

Pairs easily. Comfortable. Some desgin flaws
At first I was very impressed with the user manual. The print was a comfortable size and it seemed detailed. Do take a couple minutes to read all of it. But there were some things I learned from experimentation that I did not see in the manual. Most importantly, press the volume up ^ button several times to increase volume (or the down button several times to decrease) . A long press of the same ^ button will advance to the next song in the play list. There is one tiny black button (above the charging port) which is not depicted in the manual. I still don’t know what it does. The manual says to never use any charging cable other than the short 7′ cable provided. I have used my own (longer) type C charging cable three times already with no problem.Three sizes of ear bulbs are provided. My right bulb was falling out so I pulled off the black rubber bulbs (not easy to do but doable and there is no glue). Then I pressed and twisted the largest pair of the bulbs onto the speaker stems and that solved my falling-out problem.Pairing to my Macbook was quick and intuitive (Bobcat appeared in the Bluetooth devices list). Pairing to my Windows 11 PC I had a moment of anxiety because it didn’t say Bobcat and I was in a public area. It say Bluetooth headphone and I worried that I might be pairing to another nearby library user’s headphone but after I clicked it it changed the display to Bobcat and paired.Design flaws: There are only three buttons you routinely need to press and they are all on the right side collar but in my opinion they are not prominent enough. You have to feel for the shape and position of the desired button because if you lift the collar to see the buttons, you will pull the ear speakers out of your ear canals. There is a male voice that speaks and tells you, the device is connected by Bluetooth when you first connect. I wish that same voice would say “Shutting down” when you press the button to power down. But it doesn’t you just hold the button tillyou see the light turn orange.

Perfect for Extended DIY Sessions
I’ve been using these for about a month during various home projectsâpainting rooms, building shelving units, yard work, and general maintenance tasks. The 80-hour battery claim is legit. I’ve gone multiple full weekends of all-day use without needing to charge them, which is a game-changer compared to earbuds that die after a few hours. The neckband style works really well for this type of work. When I need to talk to someone or take a quick break, the magnetic earbuds clip together and hang around my neck without falling off or getting in the way. I’m not constantly worried about dropping them in paint or losing them in the grass like I would with fully wireless buds.Sound quality is solidâgood bass when I’m listening to music, and clear enough for podcasts or YouTube tutorials I’m following along with. The vibration alert for calls is genuinely useful when I’m running power tools and can’t hear my phone ringing. I’ve taken several calls through them, and people say I come through clearly even with background noise. The sweatproof rating holds up. I’ve worn them during some pretty sweaty outdoor work in warm weather, and they haven’t had any issues. The ear tips stay comfortable even after wearing them for 6-8 hour stretches, and they don’t fall out when I’m bending down, reaching up, or moving around actively. The neckband itself is lightweight and flexible enough that I forget I’m wearing it. For anyone who spends a lot of time doing physical work and wants audio that just stays put without babysitting, these are an excellent option.
