Order size 11. I got the 10 and it was small. It isn’t automatic. You have to ask it to check your stats. For the price, that works for me.

Pretty but not reliable
I had hoped to love this ring because it looked so pretty. But âprettyâ isnât why I wanted it. Functionality is.PROS:Itâs pretty (although chunky). The magnetic chargers are really nice and easy to use. The battery lasted for days, and the chargeable carry case is convenient.CONS:The daily step totals are half of what my Apple Watch shows. The BP readings are way off (I double checked multiple times with a cuff). The sleep stats stop when I get up to go to the bathroom and then return to sleep. The app is minimal.All in all Iâd say if you want a pretty ring, buy a pretty ring. But if you want a smart ring donât buy the cheapest one out there. Iâd think it could potentially be dangerous to give someone health information as inaccurate as what I got with this ring.

Excellent alternative to the$300+ version! It holds a charge well & Iâve gotten several compliments on the pretty design. Only negative is that itâs not truly waterproof.
should have came withs spacers,doesn’t fit I tighten it up and I still have 1/2 ” of up and down movement on the door hinge . not happy –
