Nice looking health tracking device
I currently wear a Fitbit watch, and I had never looked into or tried a smart ring before. I wasn’t sure how it would work or how comfortable it would be to wear as I don’t wear many rings. So far, I have been pleasantly surprised with its function and have found it pretty comfortable even to sleep in. I got the rose gold modern style with enamel gold detailing. This ring is definitely thicker than a regular ring– which I guess makes sense given the electronics- but I have found it pretty comfortable to wear even to sleep in. I got a size that would fit on my ring finger (either hand).I had downloaded the app store and it was easy to connect and set up. I did not have to provide a credit card, simply set up the account. I don’t have any complaints about the app, it will track, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, steps and oxygen. It is easy to sync.As for accuracy, I have been using it for about 4 days while still wearing my Fitbit and the two tracking apps show different measures. Sometimes close and sometimes not. Especially for steps, HR, and sleep so I am not quite sure which device is actually more or less accurate. It seems the steps are lower on ring than the watch, but the sleep is greater on the ring. But if I focus only on overall trends versus the exact numbers not matching, in most cases the trend up or down is similar.Perhaps I am not positioning the ring and its sensors quite the same way as I have been removing it through out day when I am washing my hands or dishes. The Amazon description said it was waterproof, but in the manual that came with it suggested that you don’t get the sensors wet so I find that a bit confusing.As far as the charge, so far with my wearing 24 hours a day, it has held a charge close to 72 hours. It was easy to charge in the charging ring case. It also comes with a separate cable that you can charge it directly outside of the case. Both have a magnetic pin that lines up in the ring so you know that it positioned correctly. There is a indicator light that blinks red while charging and green when it is complete.I will definitely monitor both tracking apps for a while longer to see if measurements begin to align more consistently. But I do think it is a nice looking tracking device.

Strangely the white colors on this ring turned pink almost instantly. And I only contacted water when doing a light hand wash in a restroom.Luckily I like pink so I wasnât sad. But for those expecting to keep it white and gold beware.It tracks my sleep and my heart rate. For sure it tests for more things but I wear it solely for my sleep patterns. I canât wear my Apple Watch to bed so this was PERFECT for tracking!

Needs daily charging
I do not want to wear a smart watch so I was happy to see there are rings that can give the data I would want from a watch. Not being really sure I even wanted a ring, because I mostly wanted it for recording steps taken, I ordered this ring since it was inexpensive and had a nice design. Almost all the other ones I looked at are just plain. The description says its waterproof, but the directions that came with it say you should take it off to wash your hands. This is really inconvenient since I wash my hands a lot and the ring is tight, as it should be for accuracy. It’s hard to remove. Also, it’s supposed to stay charged for 3 to 5 days. I find the charge doesn’t even last 24 hours.

Build a decent app
There is much to like about this ring. First, it looks good. I have worn it for about one month and it is lower profile than other “fitness” rings. It has no scratches or fading in spite of frequent had washing and copious use of alcohol based hand sanitizer. It is very basic in the app, but there is great potential if someone made better use of the data it does gather. It is not as accurate as others, but for most of us, it is accurate enough. The sizing was correct, it is comfortable, and has not created any reaction on my skin. Functions are very basic, but at this very reasonable price point, more than expected.
