There is no alert function on the watch?

For first-time use:

Android: Open the app and enable notification permissions as prompted.

iOS: After pairing, allow the pop-up request, enable app reminders in the app, and turn on notifications via Phone Settings > Notifications.

The reminder switch is turned on, but there is no reminder on thewatch, or the reminder is sporadic.

If message notifications and permissions are enabled, Bluetooth is on, and the app is connected to the watch, but alerts still don’t appear, the system may have restricted notifications. Please recheck the message push settings.

Android’s phone Bluetooth often disconnects or has no message alertafter a period of connection.

Android may close background apps to save power, causing Bluetooth disconnection. To avoid this, allow the app to run in the background. For example, on Huawei Nova 8 SE: Settings > Battery > App Launch > Manage manually > Enable background run.

Customers say

Customers find the smartwatch’s design appealing and appreciate its many features, with one mentioning dozens of watch faces to choose from. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback, with some saying it works well while others report it stops working within three weeks. Moreover, the battery life is poor, lasting only 2-3 days, and customers disagree on the watch’s value for money. Additionally, the sleep quality and connectivity aspects receive mixed reviews, with several customers reporting incorrect sleep duration tracking and connection issues.

    A good buy!
Had it for 4 months and still works and looking new. Wore it in the hot tub a couple of times, and it handled the the water and temp no problem. A lot of free face options and a lot of good monitoring options. A good buy.

    Look elsewhere in most cases
First off, there is absolutely 0% chance this has ever been a $200 watch like they claim, very cheaply made for that price range. Secondly, all these rediculous sports modes like “darts”??? But no swimming?!?! Also, it’s pretty weird that it can connect to all these text messengers like Facebook, but can’t connect my actual phone texting. Also, this is the first watch I’ve ever had that’s creating a sore spot on my wrist. Oh, also, it doesn’t allow you to talk through the watch as advertised. You can answer or hang up on a call… but you can’t hear the other person or talk.If all you want is heart rate, blood oxygen and sleeping monitor… this is an okay watch. And it does charge fast, but it also drains in 2.5 days.If you want anything more than those 3 things though…. Look somewhere else. This is cheap.Gets worse as time goes on. I took this watch off when I got in the shower and hung it from a hook in my shower. It continued to count another 400 steps and continued to register a heart beat for over 10 minutes.

    It’s OK
Bought this watch for my runner, to keep track of mile times. It works well for that, but without a GPS it lacks a bit. I was able to get this at a discount and had hoped that I caught a break, but nah. I should have looked harder for an affordable one with GPS. Besides, it’s priced even less now than what I paid, so feeling silly about that.User has noted that it’s very hard to use when you get sweaty. Now, don’t tell me not to get it wet, because if my runner isn’t sweaty, my runner doesn’t need a watch at all to track mile times.

Does not work with text messaging on Android
I really wanted to like this watch. I really did. The original ad I saw indicated this watch had a 5 star rating with rave reviews, stating the battery would last 6+ days and that you could receive notifications from your phone (which included emails, app notifications, calendar reminders and text messages). Subsequent reviews of this watch show it didn’t receive very good reasons at all with other purchasers indicating similar issues I had. The problems I encountered were:1. The instruction booklet was so small you couldn’t read it.2. I could never get the watch to work with text messages.3. The heart rate monitor wouldn’t stay connected all the time.4. The battery life was advertised as 6+ days. I could only get 3 days charge time out of mine.5. The watch put an excessive drain on my cell phone battery.6. The weather feature was highly inaccurate. There were some nice features:1. The watch had a large screen with a clear display.2. The watch did provide notifications from emails, FB, Instagram and calendar, but still did not work with text messages.I’m giving the watch 2 stars because it did keep time and worked with most phone apps. It just didn’t provide the features I wanted and needed.

A lot of watch for the money
Another five star review. I have only owned the watch for two days. All functions are working, this is an amazing amount of watch for the money. It’s very difficult to believe how little I paid for it.I keep track of my blood oxygen (lung disease) and the watches blood oxygen feature matches the blood oxygen meter I use daily. Heart rate is also spot on. I haven’t counted steps yet, but the number seems realistic.I have answered phone calls with it as well. Works just fine as a phone extension. Dozens of watch faces to choose once you have the app on your phone. What’s most surprising, that this item has nothing but five star reviews. Should anything change regarding this watch, you’ll see the update below this last line of the review.

    I want a refund
Alright, so, 30 days is not long enough to see if a smart watch really does everything it says it does, at least reliably, which this one doesn’t, so I would return it, but I’m 10 days or so past my return window. The calorie count is obviously off, substantially. Like, it’s not even close, lol. It barely reads when my heart rate is up, which it is quite often. It just gives a basic 84bpm most of the time. Like, I’ll be on the treadmill with a heart rate of 120-140 and watch will still say 85. And it oftentimes wont read my sleep. I keep it nice and snug but not too tight, so It should get a reading, and it does get it more than it doesnt, but the amount of times it doesnt, really makes it annoying. 10/10 do not recommend, which is a shame, because they advertise it as a military grade good watch 🙄
