Donât spend hundreds of dollars on a smart ring when you can buy this one for a fraction of the cost! It does everything the expensive ones do⦠tracks steps, heart rate, oxygen, sleep, stress, and menstruation. You also donât have to pay for the app! Itâs easy to use and stays charged for a long time.
