Lab-Tested Vital Tracking-Our multi-spectrum optical sensor array delivers 99% consistent readings for heart rate, and skin temperature. Advanced analysis updates stress scores every 30 seconds using research-grade algorithms. Sleep staging identifies micro-awakenings in REM/light/deep cycles, correlating data with environmental factors (room temp/noise) for recovery optimization.
Industrial-Grade Durability-Machined from submarine-grade titanium with plasma-enhanced ceramic coating, the ring survives 50m depth pressures and -20°C to 60°C thermal shocks. The 2.3mm profile houses a sweat-resistant epoxy core tested against 20+ skin pH types. Weighing 3g (lighter than a dime), it maintains 0.01mm dimensional stability across marathons, ice climbs, and hot yoga sessions.
Self-Powered Health Hub-Energy-efficient ARM processor enables 2-5 day operation via 60-minute magnetic charging. All analytics – including menstrual cycle predictions using 0.05°C-resolution temp tracking. The app exports RAW biometric data in CSV/JSON formats for cross-platform analysis with Garmin/Strava/Apple Health. The companion app supports iOS 14+/Android 8+ with seamless Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
Smart Safety Guardian-Integrated motion detection triggers emergency location sharing via paired smartphones during prolonged immobility. Real-time exertion scoring during workouts uses recovery rates to prevent overtraining, while post-activity muscle load analysis recommends cool-down routines through guided haptic.
Multi-Sport Tracking & Safety Features-Automatically detects and records 10+ activities (running, yoga, swimming) while measuring calories, steps, and distance. The GPS-less route mapping uses your phone’s location to plot workouts. During high-intensity sessions, the ring monitors heart rate zones and warns against overexertion. Post-activity recovery analysis suggests optimal rest periods based on data.

Not worth the money
This ring didnât work like it should and was returned the next day after receiving it

Beautiful Design but Poor Functionality
Only giving it 2 stars because of the design. In the description it talks about the different functions that it tracks like temperature, BP, HR, steps, etc. However, it does not do so accurately at all. The app that it has you connect the ring to is also very poorly made. I tried connecting the ring to other apps and it will not work. Comfort wise, this ring was very bulky and would be uncomfortable to wear for an extended amout of time. The biggest red flag for me was that it was throwing sparks when I went to connect it to the charger so for that reason alone it’s not worth it.

Worth it!
The ring works perfectly. Just wear it, and you are good to go- the automatic measurement frequency are based on your preference which offers great flexibility and balance with battery usage. The measurements are accurate as I have compared it with other professional medical devices at the same time. Itâs water-proof so no worries if you are swimming or washing your hands. You get what you pay for and itâs totally worth it! It also looks great!

It just works.
Itâs a health tracker disguised as a secret agent gadget. Blood pressure readings? Check. Sleep insights? Check. Waterproof so I donât destroy it washing dishes at 3 a.m.? Also check. Itâs lightweight, solid quality, and doesnât scream âI count my steps.â It does run on the âyour health, your problemâ level of honesty â meaning it tells me things I didnât ask to know. But hey, at least one of us is responsible. Great for anyone who wants health data without wearing a full smartwatch.

Works great for about 2 months.
Definitely size up!!! This works great! The app isnât super modern, but it does the job! A much better option than the expensive alternatives!EDIT TO ADD: worked great for about 2 months, now it doesnât work at all

It does NOT work
i am an instructions reader. Even when something seems self-explanatory, if there are instructions included, I read them. First, I use the QR code for the manual website. The website doesnât work. Second, I read the paper instructions. So, per instructions, I download the app, create an account, then agree to the terms and conditions. The app tells me to upgrade the device and âdo not exit the upgrade interface until the upgrade is successful.â The update indicator bar never moved from zero percent, so I decided to let it update while I sleep. In the meantime, I ensure my phone is updated, turn it on and off, check my wi-fi connection, and all the other rigmarole associated with making devices work. I follow the instructions again and set it up to update while I sleep. I wake up and itâs still at zero percent! Basically, it doesnât work. Itâs a complete waste of money and incredibly disappointing.

Iâve been using this smart ring for a few days now. It is really working well. Loved the sleep tracking feature as I am trying to improve my sleep quality.P.S. you need to charge your ring before connecting to the app.
