A good ring, but LEDs failed after a month
I do like this ring, and the APP is not bad either. No ADs to get in the way. It’s fairly accurate for sleep (which is mainly what I use it for), however, not very accurate on steps. It seems every time I open my hand, it logs another step. The other functions work OK too. Heart rate, beats per minute, etc. The APP is easy to navigate, and pretty detailed also. For the price it can’t be beat, and is worth it. One note however, after using it ONE month, the LEDs on the ring failed, and stopped working. It only increments a single number now, which basically means nothing. The onboard LEDs is why this ring originally appealed to me, and it was great when it worked, one glance, you got your heart rate, the time, and you can adjust the brightness levels too. The ring itself still works though with the APP, and you really do need to get the sizing kit before ordering it so you get the right size. I do think for the functions, it’s definitely worth having, even just to track your sleep, but, keep in mind, once you wake up to make that morning trip to the bathroom, the sleep tracking will stop at that time, even if you go back to bed and sleep more.

Upside down display and charging problem
I’m amending my original review and giving this product another star based on the customer service I received. The company responded to my concerns and eventually offered me a refund, when the ring did finally stop charging/working, which I appreciated. I’d have otherwise given this product perhaps 4 stars, if it didn’t have this charging issue. I enjoyed it when it worked.________I know this isnât hundreds of dollars but regardless, $70 is still nothing to sneeze at. Shouldnât that still buy me a decent product? The ring works fine but half the time (literally half) that I glance at it for the time or a quick look at my steps, the display is upside down. I have to open the app, go the ring settings and put it BACK to âright handâ, quit the app, restart the app.It charged normally the first time but only that one time. Now, sometimes the charging begins, most of the time it just doesnât. To deal with it I need to be prepared with a hair clip to pry it off the charger, try again, over and over, flipping, turning, until the red light goes on. Today it has devolved into an intermittent red blink rather than a steady one. And this is every day, by the way. Not every 3 days as advertised. Iâve had it for a week and a day.Itâs just so disappointing that itâs to be expected when youâre not shelling out hundreds, the inexpensive version is automatically garbage. I thought maybe the sacrifice was just the band material, which feels like hard plastic. But no, the tech is junk too. I wanted to try a smart ring first and see if I like wearing it. This does give me my answer, but itâs way too annoying to use for the longer haul.

I love this ring. I have war ever since I got it and I donât even use my Apple Watch no more and my Apple Watch. I just bought this ring. Itâs awesome. It can switch your music on your phone. It can stop your music tracks your steps everything that you need is done with this ring I would recommend this ring to anyone that wanted the smart ring. I may buy some more for Christmas.

Poor quality
This ring is junk. It stopped working within a week of purchase, I exchanged it for a second one and that one stopped working within 2 days of use. The heart rate did not seem to be acutate as it did not match my garmin watch. The app used with the ring was pretty user friendly. However I would not recommend the ring as it is not durable at all.

I REALLY tried to like/trust this ring. Wore it almost 24/7. The reset wouldn’t work, time was stuck on 24h clock, heart rate stopped showing and the directions did not help or advise.HOWEVER, when I asked in amazon, the supplier got right back to me. The ring just didn’t respond to the advise. I knew to wear it 2-3 days so it could adjust to me, and it was all over the place. Steps were off by hundreds, sleep couldn’t figure out when I fell asleep. It got better after 2 days, so I wanted to ‘reset’ and start again. No go…There are a lot of nice features that looked good, but when it finally got the steps more accurate, the heart monitor stopped showing on the ring. After 22 days, I just gave up.They should make a video for JUST THIS PRODUCT. I went to YouTube got similar but still not this ring. Even the help video was about a watch. Frustrating. Important video detail: needs to show THIS SPECIFIC ring, this app, how to change the clock, how to reset/delete the data, GPS feature and be clear that it may take a few days for the ring to adjust…Anyway it was just too much. All I really got out of this were steps, date, sleep graph and hours I slept. Not sure it was accurate.I wanted all the advertised features; especially GPS. I’ll be trying another similar ring…

Size up 1 size from normal
So far so good. I received mine about a week ago. The app was easy to figure out and I like all the data it collects. If you dont want to waste money on a sizing kit order 1 size bigger than you wear. I typically wear a 7 on my Ring finger so I ordered an 8 to wear on my middle finger. When it came in it fits my ring finger perfectly. No negative feedback at the moment. The screen does flip upside down sometimes but we raise our hands and lower them so… kind of expected. It is not dainty. It is a thicker Ring but not uncomfortable to wear, working out, showering, and sleeping. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase.
