High quality comfortable to wear
High quality well constructed device, comfortable to wear. It has lots of useful data; timing of the sleep data graph correlates well with known event times, also captures napping events. It provides usefull notifications to get up and move, has very long battery life and is very easy and fast to charge in the battery enabled dock. I have doubts about the accuracy of sleep stages especially REM and awake times. At least awake times don’t seem to match my experience. Apnea monitoring is a great feature. In my case it showed no apnea which is expected given my use of a CPAP. I may report more later if i test the effect of not using the CPAP. No annual fee is a great bonus.

Awesome smart ring!
I have been wanting to have a smart ring for a while, so I did research on the choices that were out there.. I was considering the OURA but I donât like the thickness of the ring, and they also have a paid subscription. The RingConn is very light, very thin and no subscription. It gives me all the vital information and tracking that I need, and it syncs extremely well with my Apple Watch. I have been wearing it continuously since I got it, other than the few times I have to charge it and it holds a charge extremely well I get a week or more on a charge. It has become a constant fixture on my hand and I hardly even realize Iâm wearing it. It has really made a difference in my activity as I can check it and see where Iâm at and itâs helping track my sleep, which is also very important. When I compare the tracking to the RingConn and my Apple Watch, theyâre extremely close. Highly recommend!

Great smart ring
SIZE UP!!!!!! I had to go up 2 sizes on this ring. I love that there is no subscription fee required. It does everything and is even waterproof. I got the gold and it looks like a plain gold band. App is easy to use.

Finish rubs off VERY quickly, fitness tracking WAY off – sleep tracking pretty good
So…here’s the thing. What you’ll think about this ring depends on what you bought it for.Sleep tracking? Decent. Close enough to get a good idea of what your sleep looks like.Fitness tracking? Not even close – typically 2-3k steps more recorded than on my apple watch – and I trust the watch more since it has GPSIn addition, the whole idea of a ‘smart ring’ is to wear it all the time…well…after wearing it to the gym and doing dumbbell presses, the black finish is already scratching off…kind of a big issue considering what this wearable was made to do.The app itself is pretty straight forward and the ring, when sized correctly, fits fairly comfortably. I do notice that my index finger gets irritated every few days – but it also fits my middle finger so I just switch over for a day or two.Battery life seems to be pretty decent – I’ve been able to wear the ring for a week straight with no issue.Very important: do not order your normal ring size as Ringconn has their own sizing. You need to buy a sizing guide (it’s like 2 dollars, no big deal) to check your size. As an example I am a 8.5 normally, in ringconn I’m a 12 (index finger).

Fantastic Ring!!
I’ve been using this ring since July now, and I can say that I absolutely love it. I wanted something like the Oura Ring, without the price tag and paid subscription. The app is fantastic and gives me exactly what I need. The color is beautiful, and it pairs well with my other gold jewelry. The size is comfortable (rather close to the Oura Ring sizes, so if you go to Target or Best Buy and just try their size, you should be good if you don’t want the trial kit). The Heart Rate is pretty accurate (I work in healthcare and checked on a monitor). It’s held up pretty well, and I do quite a bit with my hands throughout the day. All in all, a great ring, and I’m sad that the U.S. is trying to phase these out in order for the Oura Ring to remain supreme. This is much better in my opinion.

Like it better than Oura
My beloved Oura ring stopped working correctly after a couple of years and I needed to replace it. After tons of research, I decided to take a chance on this. I was worried with it being cheaper that I wouldn’t like it, but I actually like it better than the Oura. The battery life on this is insane! I charge it much less than the Oura. I also really like the sleep apnea function. All of the other functions that I used with the Oura are pretty much the same. The ring is lighter and probably made of a cheaper material, but you can’t really tell by looking at it. Not only is the initial cost cheaper, but there is no subscription service or additional charges after. I’m very happy with it.

Works well but looks very cheap
Have been using the Ring for two weeks now the software interface and readings seem to be fairly accurate, but this is a big but. The design of the Ring is very unappealing. I do not understand why, but for some reason, RingConn decided to make the top of the ring that is visible slightly concave the effect on my silver polished the ring makes it look like the ring is a cheap piece of tin. Whatâs more disappointing is that the aesthetically pleasing curvature is at the bottom of the ring where the sensors are which in my opinion makes no sense. The aesthetics are so poor that I am seriously considering returning the ring rather than continue wearing something that looks so cheap. Itâs disappointing to say the least because the performance of the ring seems to be pretty decent.

First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit.Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don’t feeling wearing it.App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming.Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed.Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it’s job so well.Kudoos to Ringconn Team.
